About This Agreement
ReUI is a product of KeenThemes Inc(“Licensor”). This Licensing Agreement is between you (“Licensee”) and KeenThemes Inc and governs your use of the Licensed Materials delivered through ReUI.
Personal vs Team Licensing
This section outlines the different licensing options available and helps you determine which license type best suits your needs. Whether you’re a solo creator, part of a small team, or working in a large organization, we offer tailored licensing solutions that align with your setup and team structure.
When to Buy Personal License?
- Personal license is dedicated to solo creators and freelancers who will have exclusive access to the product.
- You can use a Personal license if you are the only member with access to your team’s projects.
When to Buy Team License?
- Team license is designed for small to medium-sized teams of up to 10 members.
- All team members must belong to the same organization.
- Suitable when multiple people need access to the Licensed Materials for collaborative projects.
When to Buy Enterprise License?
- Enterprise license is for larger organizations with up to 25 members.
- Includes priority support and dedicated assistance.
- Ideal for agencies and companies managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
What You Can Do
With any ReUI license, you may:
- Use Licensed Materials in unlimited end products (websites, applications, SaaS products).
- Modify, customize, and adapt the source code to suit your project needs.
- Use in both personal and commercial projects.
- Use in client projects delivered as part of your professional services.
- Create end products for sale where the Licensed Materials are not the primary value proposition.
What You Cannot Do
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Licensed Materials in their original or modified form.
- Create template, theme, or UI kit products that compete with ReUI using the Licensed Materials.
- Share your account credentials or license key with unauthorized users.
- Include the Licensed Materials in open-source projects or publicly accessible repositories.
- Use the Licensed Materials to create a product that allows end users to extract the original source code.
- Transfer your license to another individual or entity without prior written consent from KeenThemes Inc.
Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you choose to provide attribution, you may include a link to reui.ioin your project’s documentation or footer.
Updates & Support
- All licenses include lifetime access to the version purchased and all future updates.
- Free updates are included for the lifetime of the product.
- Support response times vary by license tier: Personal (48 hours), Team (24 hours), Enterprise(24 hours).
- We reserve the right to change the scope of future updates, but existing features will not be removed.
Warranty & Disclaimer
- Licensed Materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the materials will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure code quality, accessibility, and compatibility.
Termination
- This license is perpetual as long as you comply with its terms.
- We may terminate the license if you materially breach any terms of this Agreement.
- Upon termination, you must cease using the Licensed Materials in new projects.
- End products already deployed using the Licensed Materials may continue to operate indefinitely.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the same jurisdiction as our Terms & Conditions. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined there.
